Looks like Sean Greene Twitter will be accumulating some scores. Looks like the Sals feed is having tech issues at the moment.
Smyrna wins 63-46, but it was a closer game than that score. They led the whole game after the 1st Q, but Caravel hung around till the middle of the 4th and then they were out of gas. Smyrna is athletic and quick, but they do not shoot well from outside or from the foul line. Could be their downfall in the next round. They do have 3 guys who dunk easily - #12, #25, and #2.
3 City Teams in Quarterfinals. 3 of the 4 quarter final games are in the City.
It will be a big night on Tuesday night.

It will be interesting to get the read of the intelligentsia on these matchups.
Obviously, Appo at Sanford is the only game that should not be compelling.

Three of the four quarterfinal host schools did not allow fans all season. Of those, Howard changed its policy for the postseason, but Sanford and Tower Hill are still refusing to allow anyone into their gyms. Tower's website already says no spectators for the Seaford game.
That stinks. I wonder if that will change when they get to the Blue Coats facility...for the semis and the final.
Right now, the semis are supposed to be at the higher seed, so if Sanford advances, or if Appo wins and plays at Tower, that would not change. The fieldhouse would not follow the higher seed's policy. There will be a limited number of fans in the stands.
