Hey bib I got a question and you seem to be pretty knowledgeable about. If someone wanted to transfer before the school year but football camp started would there be any penalties or would they would be subject to having to wait the 180 days

As long as the player has not competed in a contest then yes they can transfer and not have to sit. All other transfer rules apply

You also can transfer during the season and play but only if it is to your zoned public and your 1st transfer.


2.4.4.1.4.1 Students shall not participate in a contest at the varsity level for two different schools in the same sport during the same school year unless one of the other exceptions in subsection 2.4.4 of this regulation applies.


2.4.4.1.6 Transfer to School of Residence - A student may transfer to their school of residence, which is based on the legal address of the student's custodial parents or court-appointed legal guardians, one time without loss of athletic eligibility. For this exception to apply, the transfer must be the student's first transfer during their years of high school interscholastic athletic eligibility.

It will be played like a game. Both teams open their season and head to Florida next week to play a double header showcase event at St Thomas Aquinas. Prep will play St Thomas and SJC to play Chaminade-Madonna. Prep vs STA will be on ESPN

actually no.. for one MT plays SJC so I am sure there will be some MT guys there..

Last DE scrim before this one is 12pm then next is at 6pm. Most the DE scrims are at 10 am

Was actually thinking of going to DMA @11 then scooting over to the Abe..

I was told their #s were again pretty abysmal. On top of that, their starting qb transferred to Odessa. Trying to find out current status of team.

Does any of you know why AI changed their coaching staff? Did the coach quit or did they let him go? Last years qb, JC, father was on the coaching staff so I'm not surprised he left. Did other players transfer or "quit" as well? If so, was it because of the coaching changes?

Everything I’ve been told about Blum and his staff and the players who left is that they did so on their own because they read the tea leaves, that this was a program/school in severe decline. FYI, JC’s father has since joined the coaching staff at Odessa as well. JC will be the starter at Odessa.

I asked this on another thread by mistake….hopefully you can answer…Sallies is scrimmaging Bonner from PA and Rustin? Can you compare those schools to DE schools ? Just wondering if they are better…same…or lesser then Sallies.

St G vs. St. Marks. Controlled scrimmage. Not much to report. Each team ripped off a big run.
when they went goal line both scored in different ways.

both will grow from this.
Test for both will be next week with no controls.
High level- StG had speed. ST M have 2/3 strong backs.
Not much more to report.
One more thing. Stg needs a long snapper and punter. Again it’s early, so take with a pinch/grain/ or hint of salt.

Odessa looks like they have a few ballers, definitely should be at the top of C1A probably not enough for Laurel or St E's but definitely knocking on their door. Conrad well is Conrad. Only watched about 12 plays just wanted to go down and see the stadium and campus. Really nice! could use some trees though... on to see DMA.. traffic!! ughhh

Last year DMA played bonner for their season opener and DMA won 42-7...And DMA was up 35-0 before Bonner scored

DMA vs Bethleham Catholic..First time here as well.. I thought both teams matched up real well almost mirror images. Both had Mountain 77's.. BC's QB threw the better ball but he tries to throw everything too damn hard but he can't do what BJ does when things break down..🚀 DMA again has a sizable line but they will definitely miss the two Greens at least for this year until the youngins grow.. DMA will go where BJ can take them as he is their speed on O. D seemed to rally well and played pretty good. Made solid tackles. It was 13-7 DMA at the half when I left. I am bummed I missed getting a picture of BJ's long TD run. Had phone in my pocket and couldn't get it out in time. Kid was just too fast..lol

and some OOS action IS.. First time at Abessinio.. Its real nice.. Was 13-7 St Joes at the half.. Then some drama early 2nd half and then it went to the back ups. SJP was the more polished team but both are very good with studs every where..

SJP had a nice crowd there (most were behind me) but they started getting thirsty and were annoyed there were no concession.. It was hot.. Can't believe Sallies didn't open up the stand at least for water and something to snack on.. DMA had drinks and pretzels at least..

Really good pics BiB...QB for BC finally connected on one of those deep balls and BJ broke another 50 yd run...technically BC won 21-20 but they stopped after 3 quarters and then it was controlled scrimmage for the JV teams

DMA vs. BC did have refs yesterday so I assume they are DE refs. First play of the game a BC kid said something and was flagged for unsportsmanlike. Wonder if refs are going to not take going to go easy on it this year. Bang a team early and it should make sure it doesn't continue. No other unsportsmanlike calls rest of the game

Yeah that's kind of weird posting your scrimmage stats (not even a scrimmage game but controlled scrim with no refs)... twitter hype is getting ridiculous. 🥴 and I guess, I am just getting old.👴 I wonder if ole @Uncle Bumfuzzled approves of this tomfoolery. Does he have an offer from USC yet? 🤠

based on the video highlights on twitter.. IR not good.. was just a control scrim with no refs so can't take much from it except IR is really slow and small.. RLCA has a couple ballers but I don't think they will be a threat in C2A
