Looks like Sanford got hit hardest with players leaving. 2-3 went to Sallies and I don’t even see the coaches son on the roster anymore? Did the youngest Lucky leave too?

DMA seems to be hit hardest with inability to get new players in. Did players leave there too?

Looks like the only public schools that can maintain without impact of being raided are the Middletown schools, smyrna and the obvious downstate schools. Otherwise public school lacrosse is dead especially in New Castle County.

Public school lacrosse in Delaware has been dead for quite some time. Cape and CR have been the historical powerhouses but even now the best players in Dover have been recruited upstate. Sals beat CR 17-0 recently. Cape is the outlier because they a great feeder program and great coaches, other than that, it's not even a competition. Why would you go to a sub par public school when you can go to a Sallies and get recruited. Hate to see it but thats how it is. Without separate divisions we wont see a public school other than cape win a state championship for a long, long time
