The Tatnall v TH game is the first FNL game at Tatnall bringing in portable lights
Caravel vs Sals at CA should be well attended (attack addiction night)

There is no "big rivalry" between Delmar and Laurel. It is strictly a Delmar created rivalry because no one else around will have anything to do with them. Laurel's rivalry is with Seaford and has been since 1920. The oldest public school rivalry in the state.
Archmere is at St. Mark's on Friday night. Auks need to pick up their play to beat the Spartans. Archmere also seemed to lose a bunch of players at Tatnall. Appo is at Concord on Saturday afternoon. Jaguars have two impressive wins sandwiched around the big loss to Smyrna.
While that one may be older, there is definitely still a huge rivalry between Delmar & Laurel. Actually games between any combo of Delmar, Laurel, Seaford and Woodbridge are good rivalries with some being more competitive than others over the years. However, unless there is some miracle between now and Friday it's not going to be a good night for Delmar. Think the best ones of the night would be Caravel/Sallies, DMA/St E or Central/Tech.
It's interesting that you mention Delmar,Laurel, Seaford and Woodbridge. They should be one High School--- Sussex West...but those old dogs will never let go of the past.
While driving through that area over the weekend, I told my wife that there should be the Woodbridge Blue Jays and the Delmar Bulldogs! It's a small area for four separate high schools.

It is funny that you should mention that! I was at a meeting several years ago that described just such a scenario. It was all based on Laurel and Woodbridge getting new school buildings. The Maryland/Delaware state line would be the southern dividing line while the Nantioke River would be the northern dividing line for the Laurel District.
Absolute blasphemy!!! Would much rather have our little districts than the gigantic messes found upstate that have led to the desire for so many little charter schools there. But to each his own.

looks like they are calling for rain Friday and Saturday. If that happenes it definately favors Sals
Unless he could have tackled Sam Ragland on that screen pass, they would not have won. I don't know what his prognosis is for this week, but I know he left with a hamstring injury.

The Slowskys might squeak this one out. Caravel undressed them at Baynard in 2009 when the Big S won the D1 title and that team was a lot better than this group. The good news is that the Bucs probably won't have a running clock on them at halftime. That's enough for now.
Well Nut i have no idea why you would go watch that game. The single wing is a joke of an offense and Tower Hill is a joke of a team. Tatnall is going to torch them.
