Concord LB picks Nebraska over Penn State. I have been following Nebraska football since I played in college, they are very high on this kid. They think that he is still underrated as a 4 star recruit would be higher if he played in FL or TX. Some are saying he maybe their best LB recruit in the last 15yrs.
