On fire today everybody was scoring played well as a team. Lisa went home sick last night so assistant coach stepped up and got the job done. Kept subs to a minimum until it was a blowout in the last quarter

thats good to see.. I just think Cape and Mount evenly match.. Both good defense of teams...
That's the most impressive thing that I came away w/ from Mount/Cape game was Mount's pressure defense using their athletes. They forced Cape into 27 turnovers yet Cape was somehow still leading early in the 4th quarter. Cape players looked like they kept trying to split the double teams & traps...bad idea.
I wouldn't mind seeing the Appo at Mount matchup next Tuesday. This game should also shake some things up just like today's Smyrna's loss to Sanford did.
Real poor shot selection from the bench players who played most of the 3rd. Mount had every starter fresh and ready to go with no foul trouble. Cape had two foul out in the 4th.
Mount did nothing in 4 th either .. Only Ali only one scoring and that was mostly foul shots.. Mount might be a little better.. Maybe...
Say wat you want.. Mount will never beat Cape by 20... Dont care about records... Come Tourney time that means nothing...1 loss and your done... Cape might run into them again...
Mount won the 4th 20-10. I believe Cape 3 total buckets(2 3-pointers). Take away the 3rd quarter bench players and there's your 15-20 point win. Ali didn't score in the 1st Half? Scored his 13 in the 4th? Still missing 7 pts. somewhere.
Mounts defense generated turnover after turnover in the 4th. They're good.
Honestly Mp only has Ali for a scorer! No one else on that team has a high skill set but Ali. Maybe 2. Years they will be a great Team with size but just dunking doesn't cut it
Dunks or layups either way. Huge potential. Someone please develop the young man, right hand, jump shot, move with out the ball, etc. He needs to move beyond being a Delaware high school post player.
4 and most of those if not all was lay ups or foul shots. His skill set is beyond limited to say the least. He really needs to work on his game.
