That was like a middle school game.. Just horrible to watch... Bones likely leave St. Georges.. Gramer and Ali still be back next year.. De basketball after 2 years.. Might be off the map for a long while.. Very little talent coming up...
Definitely the better of the two games. Should be a good one. I'll take Smyrna (surprised?)

I’m taking Smyrna...they have been playing great as of late, have a nice 3-headed monster & Veasley has been getting better all season long contributing more & more. I like Sanford loaded w/ all that young talent that they have & I wouldn’t bet against Stan & the young boys so I would not be surprised if Sanford won but I just think Smyrna is simply playing better right now. Stan usually gameplans well though so I like it to be a close one w/ Smyrna’s experience to get them the W. Either way I like winner of this game to run away w/ the Chip.
I don't see Sanford winning. But I'll be interested in how Stan chooses to defend. They don't match up well at the guard spot. I don't see them playing a zone. Matthews has the size to shoot over their guards in man to man. If Sanford goes man, I assume Davis is forced to play defense against Garnett.
Key for Smyrna is Veasey must stay out of foul trouble. He had to sit big minutes against Penn and that cost them the game IMO. If he sits in this one, big edge inside to Sanford.
In the end, Smyrna's experience and talent takes it. Sanford's a year away.

After tonight I am convinced that Smyrna simply has the better team...their backcourt of Bloodsworth & Matthews probably shot like a combined 4-30 or so...not to mention Garnett was 2-9 himself in the 1st half tonight too. If you can’t beat Smyrna on a horrendous shooting night like tonight I find it hard to believe that you are the better team. Davis & Njoku are both legit though & honestly were the best 2 players on the court but somehow Sanford did not have the better team.
I told the guys I was w/ that I would simply double him w/ whomever’s man was taking the ball out...whatever you do just don’t let him reveive the inbounds pass. There was no doubt in my mind that he was not gonna miss any of those free throws down the stretch.
Oh I know Garnett & Veasley are strong, physical & tough down low. I’m willing to bet they outrebounded Sanford. Is the full stat sheet anywhere out there to be seen?
I’m not going to go as far as calling Sanford’s guards horrible but I wasn’t impressed. I was even saying that I may have went big & played #10 6’7 sophomore Devin Harris a lot more w/ Njoku, moving Davis to the 3 & the 2 Perkins kids at the guard spots. Harris would start on any other team in DE & he can play.
