Interesting story here, and a below the radar signing that no one will be talking about.
After taking off his sophomore and junior year from playing football and had his college days set on playing baseball.
Trace decided to take one more shot of football his senior year.
Former 3rd string QB his freshman year switched positions this past season to WR, and had a good season.
Earning 1st Team All-Conference for WR along with 2nd Team All-Conference DB.
He decided to commit to D2, Chowan University today as a WR. Very good for him.
Chowan is a top 10 Offense in the entire nation and adding Trace should help with his speed and big play ability.
I know people may not know Trace Hitchens , especially the upstate folks, But he is someone we need to keep a eye on down the road. He Should have a big impact in the CIAA. He deserves a lot of credibility, because dude can play.
