Ritter is the AD at Howard, the only way possible he goes anywhere is if he can get both jobs AD and head coach. As far as I know the chances of both jobs opening up at the same time are real slim

Nah it’s about money and convenience. Plus he don’t have to do much with Matthews there, he keeps him happy by giving him the b-ball and baseball jobs! Everyone is happy I assume
