I don't many down state players.
I like the following up state
Reich - St. Marks P/OF
Parson - Mt. Pleasant OF
Awtry - Conrad P
Fraley - Caravel P/OF
Nowell - Conrad C
Steckline - Appo P/OF
Gilbert - St. Georges 3B
Marucci - St. Georges C
Educated guess
I'm not going to say all state, because i don't know how you even begin to judge that....but here is what i got for players i have seen, heard about or see a lot in the recaps, that obviously had impacts on their teams this year....off the top of my head

To be eligible I think you need to be 1st team all conference. Are the all conference teams posted somewhere?

Ouch!! I just posted what I had. Which all conference teams matter in your opinion...this is totally a curiosity question, not a comeback
Conference is brutal. Most of the kids on Second team if they were in any other conference probably would of been first team.
All players are eligible regardless of conference. It comes down to how they played. Reich -St. Marks is first team all state hands down and he's non-non-conference.
I always thought of Reich as their #1, and definitely 1st team.....the name I don't see that i think got hosed with Awtry from Conrad. He was for sure their #1 guy.

Without saying which pitcher should have been replaced they should have added a 4th pitcher to the first team and added Reich. Awtry should have made one of the teams too. Not one Blue Hen player on first team? Only a third team player for semifinal team Middletown?
