Does someone wanna enlighten the weak minded here about how the DIAA released the brackets at 2:30 and then 4-5 hours later said they effed up and now 3-4 teams

This happens every few years. There is sooooooo much math involved and sooooooo many out-of-state teams (some of whom don't even count certain regular-season games in their overall records, as I found out today) that it's almost inevitable.
I guess that makes sense, well I appreciate the heads up Bluecat.
It's 2023 for crissakes. If it's totally a points driven selection process, take the human error factor out of this and automate it. This isn't the stone age.
Two years running now. Simply put, this should not happen. They have 8–12 folks in a room with access to all info.

Oh wow, but if they were in middle of a game, said teams player causes game to be canceled, where is it no contest? I’m what realm of competition is this not a forfeit? DIAA is making a mockery of sports governing bodies!!
