Girl's Prep Program........(like cross academy) Opinions

Cross Academy has had very good success this season. Beating a host of Major Local prep programs.

Could a Girl's Prep Program help Delaware Girls? We have a few girls who left Delaware for Philadelphia and New Jersey.

I guess my question is what could a prep school in delaware do that ursuline, sanford, caravel, Padua, and St. Elizabeth have not. The only way it would work if its going to be free to give these inner city kids a chance at a better educational environment while giving them a premium education that will pre-pare them for college. Obviously they would play a national schedule to draw the top colleges here. But they would have to recruit out of state to get the bigs to compete. But i think it could if all of those avenues would be covered.
