Did they change the rule permanently thats going to require teams like Salesianum to play at last 6 or 8 or 10 games?

I see Salesianum already has 5 or 6 instate more then any year except last COVID year.

I don't believe the rule has changed. There is no mention of a minimum of in-state competition in the DIAA handbook. Sals soccer has 8 of 15 games against non-Delaware teams. Delmarva Christian girls basketball currently has 12 of 20 games against non-Delaware teams.

I think a lot of the schedule has to do with Covid guidelines still we are about a year away from normal scheduling for sports.
