Last open mat session @ Penn (Nov 10th) (cancelled)

This Sunday, Nov. 10th, will be the last open mat session @ William Penn starting 4pm-6pm and then real life kicks in for all high school wrestlers in Delaware. I, personally, want to thank all the people who came to the sessions and worked incredibly hard. Hopefully, this off-season training will help elevate your game to the next level. Good luck to all coaches and their student-athletes on the upcoming season.
