I would without a doubt say Pitching upstate beats downstate by far. Everywhere else is pretty similar just everyone's opinion on who's better.

Do you think there is one school more than other which have more top players then others? They may not win but have the best talent.

My opinion for downstate this year would be between Sussex Tech, Smyrna and Poly. Now for upstate teams I'm sure that would be a great discussion. For upstate of course I'll have to say Appo, Caravel, St.Georges and Sallies. I'm a big fan of Archmere.

@DownState being a Sussex Central alumni and a downstate guy I agree with you on Tech and Poly. I do like Smyrna want to see what kind of pitching they have. For the south Milford has the only shot in my opinion of even doing anything in the tournament. Now as far as upstate goes don't get to enough games so I'll shut my mouth haha

Cape is loaded with sophomore arms , Gelof , Elliott and Erickson all throw gas , Johnson is a inning eating groundball producing kid and Dale a hard throwing lefty should see some varaity action ,

I agree Cape is loaded with arms. Pitching will carry that team and I'm very impressed with Elliot and Gelif great kids just not enough offense. Losing Kwan and Kennedy and their shortstop is going to hurt.

Cape is the dark horse in the North. And I know they made it to the finals last year but those young guns should be even more excited coming off the success they had last year. Can't wait to see them against Tech and Poly. They have the pitching for sure just hope the bats are working that day.
