It will not be an easy sell, but it can be done, even in a district like Colonial, which isn't the most affluent. Maybe especially in Colonial. The district needs to paint a picture of the possibilities, of making the William Penn campus a hub for youth and adult sports activity. One that generates income for the district at the same time.

I am rooting for Colonial to get this passed. It would be good for William Penn by keeping more kids from leaving via choice, and it would generate much-needed revenue for the district.
