Great final at the E Center.
Vikings scored the first 12 points, then led 17-4. Totally in control most of the half.
Polytech started pressing chipped away and had a late run to cut it to 6 at the half, then to 5 after 3.
They came all the way back and took a 4 point with less than 2 minutes left.
St E missed the front of a one and one, Poly got the rebound but Rawls from St E stole the outlet pass, scored a layup and was fouled. Made it to cut it to 1. St E then hit a shot, 4 straight free throws and pulled it out 54-49. Finished with a 9-0 run.
Kudos to Poly for a great comeback and to the Vikings for not giving up once they lost the lead.
