I don’t know about the “make him wrestle” but I do know he was ‘talking’ to his opponent, cursing and told to knock it off several times by the ref before being DQ

Gotcha, I only saw the last minute or so of the match right up to the DQ. I did see he hit him for another unsportsmanlike right before the DQ but wasn’t sure why. I guess that makes sense then

He was warned about cursing, his coach was told if he did it again and I believe the kid cursed at the ref.

Moyer had multiple unsportsmanlike calls I believe.

Handy used inappropriate language in reference to his opponent and was given an unsportsmanlike. Contrary to popular belief, there were no warnings. About 20 seconds after the unsportsmanlike call he used some more colorful language directed at himself out of frustration. At this point the official ejected him for flagrant misconduct.
