That should be good, AC came and scrimmage this past season, the line was big and physical but slow. Had some good athletes too

Interesting side note.. Davis and Edge were both dropped from 4* to 3* after their big OOS games last year... probably why they both signed as quick as they could or at least was a factor..

A little bit different SJC then. That was before Kevin Plank pledged 15 mil to the athletic program to essentially build a National football team.

Would not get hung up on STARS. Rating system that has a ton of flaws. You will see over the next 5 months. Players that had zero ranking that are 2023 & 2024, will become 2-3-4 star. Talking about young men that are in DE HS today. All it takes is one D1 program to show interest and the next thing you know they are a 2 star and away it goes. I am simplifying this, but I personally don't put a lot of stock on stars. Side note - will be interesting who QB's MT and Smyrna this year... Couple other schools as well.

Yeah, somewhere in MT or Smyrna there is a distant aunt looking to reunite with a long lost nephew who happens to be a transferred running back or quarterback.

SJC is also known for having played the most ridiculous and hardest high school football schedule ever in 2019.. and by a long shot.. Covid slowed them down (traveling and recruiting) in 2020 and they payed a modest schedule last year (for them) and went undefeated.. They will be a monster again in 2022

It used to just a bowl that we practiced on. The neighborhood wouldn't allow us to host games there. We, SJC, beat MT 20-0.

I had a great time last time I went to a game there. It's well worth the trip.. The tailgates are legendary. NFL Hall of Fame is right over in the next town in Canton (15-20 mins from the stadium) . I didn't do the HOF when I went last time 🤔

We were just talking about that. We’re gonna plan on doing the hall of fame tour if we can. The only thing I need to think about now is if I wanna fly there or drive there. It’s only 7 hour trip and I’ve driven more than that.
